Learn how to work with your ADHD brain, not against it.
If you keep losing things, missing deadlines, or feeling overwhelmed by simple tasks, that’s not a flaw—it’s ADHD.
When you live with ADHD, it can feel like your brain is overloaded—too many tabs open, too many alerts, and everything running at once.
Imagine what it would feel like to reboot.
A reboot gives you space to pause, clear the mental clutter, and start fresh. It helps you clear old errors from your cache and install new configurations — new ways of thinking, organizing, and showing up in the world that actually work with your brain, not against it.
Imagine a world where you're in control.
That’s what The ADHD Reboot is all about: understanding your unique wiring, learning how to support it, and creating systems that help you thrive.

My ADHD Journey
Hi, I'm Stephanie Weis—call me Steph! I've spent over 20 years coaching professionals in the workplace. When I first learned about my own ADHD diagnosis I felt more than a little lost.
For years, I couldn’t remember birthdays, lost every pair of gloves I bought, and felt out of sync with others — even simple things like buying groceries became overwhelming. I was capable of planning 18-month data migrations but still struggled with understanding board game instructions. Receiving my diagnosis brought with it all sorts of mixed emotions—and there was no one I could really talk to about it.
Why I became an ADHD coach
When I received my diagnosis, the biggest factor spurring me on was the diagnosis of both of my sons with ADHD. I became determined to learn everything I could about ADHD, even completing three years of Mental Health Counseling coursework. I soon learned that ADHD coaching was really where I belonged.
My top priority is helping others with ADHD get the help I didn't.
I've just completed my coach training through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). The benefit of learning about coaching individuals with ADHD from those who have it themselves? I understand how those of us with ADHD work and how to maximize our strengths to minimize our ADHD struggles. I'm also a mom, a wife, a business partner, a writer, and a leader living. So if you work with me you'll get the benefit of my lived experience.
I call my program the ADHD Reboot because when you get a reboot you get the unique opportunity to start again. I hope you'll choose me as your coach for your journey!

Sometimes the best part of the journey is knowing you're not traveling alone. My group coaching sessions bring together adults who truly understand your ADHD experience. You'll learn practical strategies, share the road with others on similar journeys, and discover that you're far from alone in navigating life with ADHD.
Knowledge changes everything. When workplaces, schools, and communities understand ADHD, magic happens. I offer workshops, seminars, and educational programs that help create ADHD-friendly environments where neurodivergent minds can thrive. These sessions don't just reduce stigma—they give everyone the tools to support the ADHD brains in their world.
Take your first step toward a reboot...
