From masking and overwhelm to clarity and purpose.
Why I became an ADHD Coach...
The turning point came when both of my sons were also diagnosed. I became determined to master everything I could about the ADHD brain, completing three years of Mental Health Counseling coursework and realizing that Coaching was where I truly belonged.
My top priority is helping others with ADHD get the help I didn't.
I believe in transparency and maintaining the highest standards for my clients. I have completed an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited, coach training program through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). I am now working on earning my required hours to receive accreditations from ADDCA, The International Coaching Federation (ICF), and The Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC).
It means you get a partner who combines professional training with the lived experience of a mom (and dog mom), wife, business partner, and leader living with ADHD. I don't claim to have all the answers, and I’m not here to "fix" you. Instead, I serve as a thinking partner. I use my training to help shine a spotlight on your unique strengths, empowering you to navigate challenges in a way that works for you.
It's important to me that you never have to wonder whether you belong here. No matter your race, age, sex, gender, LGBTQIA+ identity, size, religion, physical abilities, cognition, and/or learning style, you are welcome to show up as your authentic self in this space.
My work is rooted in a deep belief that every human being is capable of learning, growing, and changing. I wholeheartedly believe that we're capable of creating a world that feels safe, inclusive, and peaceful for everyone.
In my business and in my life, that looks like unapologetically prioritizing inclusive, intersectional, feminist, climate-forward, science-backed, and pro-DEI agendas.
